We use your information to operate the service, authenticate your account, verify email, prevent abuse, manage credits and subscriptions, process requests, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Payments

Payments are handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card or payment account details on our servers. We may store subscription IDs, payment status, quantity, and related billing metadata.

4. Generated Content

Prompts, uploaded images, and generation metadata may be processed through third-party AI providers in order to deliver the service. Generated image records and returned image URLs may be stored in your account history.

5. Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse of free trials, guest usage, and platform misuse, we may use hashed IP addresses, browser-level identifiers, and account activity records.

6. Data Sharing

We may share data with service providers that help us operate Imagee, such as hosting, authentication, analytics, AI generation, email, and payments. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights and users.

7. Data Retention

We keep account and billing records as needed to operate the service, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Generation history may be removed automatically according to product settings or operational rules.

8. Your Choices

You may contact us to request account deletion or ask privacy questions. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, or legal compliance.
