Terms of Service

1. Overview

Imagee is a platform that allows users to generate and modify images using AI tools, including text-to-image and image-to-image features. By using Imagee, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Imagee. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Credits

Imagee may operate on a credits model. Credits are required to generate images. Payments are processed by third-party providers. Prices may change with notice.

Credits are non-refundable once used. If generation fails due to a system error, credits may be restored. Refund requests for unused credits must be made within 7 days of purchase.

5. Content Ownership & Rights

You own the images you generate, subject to these Terms. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

You may not use generated images that infringe copyrights or trademarks, generate content using images you do not have rights to, or create misleading or harmful impersonations.

6. Faces, People & Consent

You must not upload, generate, or edit images of real people without their consent. You must not create deepfakes or misleading representations, or use someone’s likeness commercially without permission.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Imagee to create illegal content, harassment, hate, abusive content, explicit or exploitative content involving minors, or content that violates intellectual property rights.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee continuous uptime or error-free generation.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in harmful or illegal activity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Imagee is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for how you use generated content or for damages resulting from use of the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
